Plaud has introduced the NotePin S, an updated AI audio recorder distinguished by the addition of a physical button. This feature simplifies recording initiation and highlight marking, improving user experience compared to the previous model's haptic controls. The device maintains a similar compact design, offers multiple wearing options with included accessories, and continues to provide AI-generated transcriptions and summaries.
Complementing the hardware, Plaud has launched a new Desktop application compatible with Mac and PC. This application runs in the background, automatically detecting and recording audio from popular online meeting platforms like Zoom, Meet, and Teams. Importantly, the Desktop app is available at no cost to existing owners of Plaud Note or NotePin devices, offering a seamless integration of online and offline audio capture.
