Adobe has unveiled a series of substantial updates for Photoshop, primarily targeting creative professionals seeking enhanced control and efficiency. The update introduces two new non-destructive, maskable adjustment layers: Clarity & Dehaze, and Grain. Clarity sharpens subjects and balances lighting, while Dehaze manages haze effects. Grain adds dimension to photographs.
The beta version of Dynamic Text is now available, offering users easy options to shape text into circular, arched, or bowed forms. This feature simplifies text integration and adjustment within designs.
Furthermore, Adobe's Firefly-powered AI tools have received significant upgrades. Generative Fill, Generative Expand, and the Remove Tool now support outputs up to 2K resolution, promising sharper details and fewer artifacts. The Reference Image feature for Generative Fill also provides more control, enabling AI to better maintain the original product's identity while adapting to scene elements like scale and lighting.
