OPPO's ColorOS 16 July Monthly Update introduces a suite of new features focused on personalization and improved user experience. The update allows users to customize fingerprint unlock animations and icon styles, transforming a daily interaction into a personal statement. The native camera app receives two new creative filters: Primrose for soft, warm portrait tones and Bold B&W for high-contrast monochrome images, enhancing mobile photography options.

Further enhancements include smoother transition animations for multitasking and an upgraded Face Unlock system with support for a backup profile, increasing reliability in various conditions. Contact Poster previews are also now available, offering more control over how users appear during calls. These refinements aim to make daily phone use more fluid and expressive. The update is rolling out throughout July to eligible devices including the Find X9 series and Reno15 series, reflecting OPPO's commitment to continuous software improvement.
