One UI 8.5 hits four more Samsung phones

Samsung has expanded the rollout of its One UI 8.5 software update to four more smartphone models. These newly added devices include the popular Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5, alongside the Samsung Galaxy A56 and Samsung Galaxy A36. This marks a significant step as it's the first time the One UI 8.5 update is being deployed to any Galaxy A series phones.

Initially, the update is launching in South Korea, but Samsung typically extends availability to other global markets within days. Users can check for the update manually via their device's settings. Key enhancements in One UI 8.5 include improvements to Quick Share, the addition of AirDrop functionality via Quick Share, and updates to the Weather app, power saving mode, and security features.
