Nvidia has been forced to withdraw a recently released driver for its RTX graphics cards due to a significant number of bugs impacting users. The Game Ready and Studio 595.59 WHQL driver, made available only a few days ago, has been temporarily removed from download as Nvidia investigates the issues.
Users who installed the driver reported various problems. These included malfunctioning GPU fans, ignored custom fan curves, and failure to display in monitoring software. Some experienced a complete lack of fan response, while others noted lower boost clocks and interference with GPU voltages, particularly affecting high-end cards like the RTX 5080 and 5090.
