Summary
- Nvidia launched NemoClaw for secure, local AI agent deployment.
- Nemotron 3 family offers specialized, multimodal AI capabilities.
- New models aid drug discovery and robotics, with enhanced safety.

Nvidia has unveiled NemoClaw, a solution that streamlines the integration of its Nemotron AI models and the OpenShell runtime onto the OpenClaw platform. Announced at GTC 2026, NemoClaw allows for the deployment of AI agents with built-in privacy and security guardrails, enabling them to run locally on devices like GeForce RTX PCs and workstations. This approach prevents sensitive data from being routed through the cloud. The Nemotron 3 family of models, including Ultra, Omni, and VoiceChat, further enhances AI capabilities. Nemotron 3 Ultra offers significant throughput efficiency on the Nvidia Blackwell platform, while Omni provides multimodal understanding, and VoiceChat enables simultaneous listening and speaking for real-time conversations. Nvidia also introduced safety models and a data retrieval pipeline to detect unsafe content and improve output accuracy. Beyond agentic AI, Nvidia is expanding its domain-specific models, with BioNeMo for healthcare and life sciences, and Cosmos 3 for synthetic world generation. For physical AI, the company released the Isaac GR00T N1.7 model for humanoid robots and the Alpamayo 1.5 model for autonomous vehicles, all deployable via Nvidia's NIM microservices.
