Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona has unveiled a range of innovative smartphones, despite some major brands hosting separate events. Attendees were treated to firsthand looks at devices from Honor, Moto, and Xiaomi, featuring bold designs and cutting-edge technology.
The Moto Razr Fold stood out for its slim, book-style foldable design and impressive camera, ranked highly by DXOMark. It also offers robust durability with IP68 and IP69 ratings and supports the Moto Pen Ultra.
Xiaomi's 17 Ultra closely resembles a professional camera, featuring a Leica-designed Summilux lens and a powerful 200MP optical zoom telephoto camera. This device also boasts a high-resolution screen, ample RAM, and a substantial 6,000mAh silicon-carbon battery.
For photography enthusiasts, the Vivo X300 offers a 200MP camera sensor and accessories like a 400mm lens for extensive optical zoom. It includes professional videography features and dedicated camera controls.
The Honor Magic V6 impressed with its exceptionally slim foldable form factor, IP68/69 rating, and a large silicon-carbon battery. Its displays offer high refresh rates and peak brightness.
Perhaps the most unconventional device was the Oukitel WP63, which includes a built-in miniature lighter for starting fires, aimed at outdoor survival. It also features a massive 20,000mAh battery and emergency SOS functionality.
