Moto Tag 2: 500+ Day Battery Life Revolution!

Motorola has unveiled its second-generation tracker tag, the Moto Tag 2, which promises an extraordinary battery life of over 500 days. This significant enhancement means users can go nearly a year and a half without needing to replace the battery, a substantial improvement over previous models. The device taps into Google's Find Hub network to assist users in locating their belongings.

The Moto Tag 2 also incorporates Ultra-Wideband (UWB) sensing technology, enabling precise location tracking capabilities. This feature, which was eventually added to the first-gen Moto Tag, enhances the usability of the device for finding misplaced items. Additionally, the second-gen tag has been made more robust with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, surpassing the IP67 rating of its predecessor.

While Motorola has not yet announced an exact release date or price for the Moto Tag 2, it is confirmed that the product will be available for sale in North America. Further details are expected to be released in the coming months, providing consumers with more information on this long-lasting tracking solution.
