Summary
- Logitech Mobi Fold mouse folds to condom size.
- Replaces scroll wheel with a sensitive trackpad.
- Attracts dust; user prefers laptop trackpad.

Logitech's $80 Mobi Fold is a uniquely designed travel mouse that folds to a compact, condom-like size thanks to its ridged silicon sheath. Intended for portability, the mouse was tested extensively at Computex 2026 in Taipei, Taiwan. Despite its small form factor, weighing only 79g, the Mobi Fold presents several drawbacks that overshadow its benefits.
The primary issue is the replacement of a traditional scroll wheel with Logitech's "Active Touch Scrolling." This feature uses a miniaturized trackpad, which proved to be sluggish and sensitive, making precise scrolling and quick navigation difficult. The silicon exterior also readily collects dust and grime, diminishing its aesthetic appeal and comfort.
Additional features include a button for switching between up to three devices and customization options via the Logi Options+ app. The mouse boasts an impressive battery life, lasting nearly three weeks on a single charge for occasional users. However, these conveniences do not compensate for the compromised user experience, particularly the problematic scrolling mechanism.
