New LG C6 OLED TVs Arrive: Up to 3.9x Brighter
4 Mar
Summary
- LG's 2026 C6 OLED TVs start at $1,399, launching in March.
- The C6H models boast Hyper Radiant technology for 3.9x brightness.
- New C6H TVs offer enhanced contrast and color over previous models.

LG unveiled its 2026 C6 and C6H OLED TV series, with prices commencing at $1,399. The C6H models are distinguished by their Hyper Radiant technology, a significant upgrade delivering up to 3.9 times the brightness of LG's B series. This technology, also found in higher-end G6 and W6 models, combines a unique 'four stack' system with dual OLED panels for enhanced luminosity and superior color processing.
While the C6H will be available in 77-inch and 83-inch sizes, the standard C6 models, ranging from 42-inch to 65-inch, will not feature this advanced brightness technology. These smaller sizes are expected to perform similarly to prior C series panels like the C5 and C4. The new C6H series, launching in March, offers compelling value, especially considering the 77-inch model is priced considerably less than the 77-inch G6.
LG's decision to introduce the brighter C6H line addresses a perceived lack of yearly upgrades in the C series, a point of criticism in comparison to the G series. However, the absence of the Hyper Radiant technology in the popular 65-inch size is a notable omission. The C6 and C6H ranges are scheduled for release in March, promising notable improvements in picture quality for consumers.
