LG has launched its 2026 OLED TV lineup, including the flagship G6, mid-range C6, and the more accessible B6 model. The LG B6 has garnered significant praise, receiving a four-and-a-half-star rating for its excellent performance, stylish design, and comprehensive features. Many experts believe the B6 may be a superior choice over the C6 for the majority of potential buyers.

While the C6 OLED demonstrates greater brightness, particularly in HDR highlights, the B6 still provides a highly satisfactory viewing experience. For typical SDR content, the difference is subtle, and the B6 is an outstanding compromise for shoppers mindful of their budget. Its performance is more than adequate for most living room environments, especially those not exposed to direct sunlight.

The B6 presents a compelling value, especially when considering its price point relative to the C6. Although the C6 offers a higher refresh rate (165Hz vs. 120Hz), this primarily benefits PC gamers. For most users, the B6's slightly lower refresh rate is inconsequential, and the savings are considerable.

LG continues to expand its OLED offerings, with the B6 available in 65-, 77-, and 83-inch sizes, and a 48-inch variant recently appearing on LG's website. There is also anticipation for a 55-inch version to be released soon. Unless the added brightness and color volume of the C6 are critical for your viewing habits, opting for the LG B6 is the recommended decision for most consumers seeking to maximize their spending.
