Keeway has officially entered India's premium electric scooter segment with the unveiling of the Hypevolt-R, priced at Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This performance-focused electric scooter is now available for booking and will be retailed through Adishwar Auto Ride India Pvt Ltd's Moto Vault showrooms.
The Hypevolt-R distinguishes itself with a distinctive design, featuring a central spine and flat seats, reminiscent of a bobber style, with color options of Crystal White and Platinum Grey.
Packed with technology, it includes a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth, keyless go, dual-channel ABS, traction control, and notable ADAS features like blindspot detection.
The scooter is powered by two removable 5 kWh batteries, offering an estimated range of 180 km. Charging these batteries from 0 to 80% takes approximately 3 hours.
It rides on 14-inch alloy wheels, with a ground clearance of 130 mm and a seat height of 770 mm, providing 27 litres of underseat storage. The braking system features front and rear disc brakes.
