iPhone Scam Call Blocker Revealed

iPhone owners can access a previously hidden setting to significantly reduce scam calls. This feature, known as Call Blocking & Identification, is activated by downloading third-party call identification applications from the Apple App Store. These apps maintain extensive databases of numbers associated with spam and fraudulent activities.

By installing and enabling these apps, iPhones can automatically screen incoming calls. Users navigate to Settings, then select Apps, Phone, and finally Call Blocking & Identification. Here, they can choose to 'Silence Junk Callers' and activate any installed identification apps by toggling them to the 'on' position. This enhances security against emerging scam tactics, including those leveraging artificial intelligence.
