Ikea made a significant debut at CES 2026, unveiling innovative smart home lighting solutions. The company introduced an RGB version of its popular donut-shaped lamp, allowing for dynamic color shifts, and a new bendy pendant lamp offering a spectrum of white light temperatures.
Both lamps from the Varmblixt collection are designed with Matter compatibility, ensuring they integrate smoothly with various smart home ecosystems. For user convenience, each lamp comes with a pre-paired remote control, enabling dimming and color adjustments.
The new Varmblixt smart lamps are scheduled for release in April. The RGB donut lamp will retail for $99.99, while the pendant lamp is priced at $149.99. Ikea also hinted at a future collaboration with artist Sabine Marcelis launching in 2027.
