Despite initial financial uncertainties and coming from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, Vummadi and Dinne relocated to San Francisco. Their AI venture has since flourished, securing $61 million in funding. The company now collaborates with prominent clients such as DoorDash and reportedly manages millions of customer support tickets daily using its AI agents.
Vummadi shared his experience in a LinkedIn post, advising aspiring entrepreneurs against delaying their ventures. He stressed that the fear of not being completely ready can lead to missed opportunities, stating, "If you wait until you're 100% ready, you'll be waiting the rest of your life."
