Hyundai has launched its all-electric Ioniq 3 compact hatchback in the UK, with orders now open. The attractive price is further supported by a £3,750 Electric Car Grant available to all Ioniq 3 models in the UK.
The Ioniq 3 is offered in various trims, with the base Advance model featuring a 42 kWh battery providing a 213-mile range. For those seeking extended travel, the top-tier N-Line Evo variant comes with a larger 61 kWh battery, offering up to 308 miles of range on a single charge. Charging is efficient, with the ability to replenish from 10% to 80% in approximately 29 minutes, utilizing its 400V architecture.
Inside, the Ioniq 3 showcases Hyundai's new Pleos Connect Infotainment system, which is based on the Android Automotive OS, promising a more intuitive user interface. Buyers can choose between a 12.9-inch or 14.6-inch display, with optional features including heated seats and steering wheel, as well as advanced driver assistance systems like Highway Driving Assist 2.
Designed for the European market, the Hyundai Ioniq 3 will not be available in the US due to potential tariffs on its Turkish manufacturing. US consumers have alternative options such as the Ioniq 5 or the Kia EV3.
