Honda ZR-V Hybrid SUV Debuts in India with July 2026 Launch

Honda Cars India has unveiled the all-new ZR-V e:HEV, a global hybrid SUV, marking its debut as the company's new flagship model for the domestic market. Bookings for this sophisticated SUV are now open, with deliveries scheduled to commence in July 2026. The ZR-V will be imported to India as a completely built unit (CBU) from Japan.

This launch aligns with Honda's strategic focus on bolstering its premium and electrified vehicle lineup in India. The ZR-V showcases a sleek design, featuring a distinctive grille, full-LED headlamps, and 18-inch alloy wheels. Inside, it offers an all-black sporty cabin with leather upholstery, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 12-speaker Bose sound system.

Safety is a priority, with the ZR-V equipped with Honda Sensing ADAS technologies and eight airbags. It is powered by a 2.0-litre e:HEV sports hybrid powertrain, delivering 184PS and 315Nm of torque with a claimed fuel efficiency of 22.79kmpl. The hybrid system intelligently switches between EV, hybrid, and engine drive modes, offering an engaging driving experience.

Engineered for refined performance, the ZR-V combines MacPherson front suspension with multi-link rear suspension for enhanced handling and ride stability. Honda provides a standard three-year unlimited-kilometre warranty, with extended options available, including dedicated support for the hybrid battery and system components.
