Mass production of specialized propellers for FPV air defense drones is slated to commence in Novosibirsk. These new propellers are designed to propel unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to flight speeds surpassing 500 km/h.
Spektr Design Bureau will produce 12x12-inch and 7x12-inch propeller models. The manufacturing process utilizes domestically produced plastic and advanced nanotechnology, specifically multi-walled carbon nanotubes. This combination aims to create products with superior technical specifications compared to international competitors.
A test batch of these propellers has already completed successful testing. The next phase for the Spektr Design Bureau involves developing domestic impellers for drones.
