Key features include auto-mutation, where ownership updates are automatically reflected in the land database upon deed registration, and a QR-based feedback mechanism that enables citizens to rate services and report irregularities instantly.
Importantly, the process has been designed to be completely transparent, with all transactions happening through the e-governance payment gateway and the elimination of manual fee collection. The state is also introducing digital signatures, which will reduce the risks of document tampering or loss.
