Eufy has launched the Omni C28, a robot vacuum that integrates brush-roll mopping technology, typically found in premium models, at a more affordable $800 price. This new model features a substantial 10.7-inch mop roller, claimed to be the longest in its price category, which self-cleans nine times per second. It employs an internal scraper to remove wastewater into a dedicated tank, ensuring continuous cleaning performance.
The Omni C28 utilizes DuoSpiral Brushes designed to prevent hair tangles and offers 15,000 Pa of suction for effective debris removal on diverse surfaces. Its iPath 2.0 Laser navigation system with lidar allows for precise mapping and object avoidance. The mop roller automatically lifts when detecting carpet to prevent wetting.
Further enhancing its convenience, the accompanying all-in-one base station is engineered for up to 75 days of autonomous maintenance. This includes self-cleaning of the mop, dust disposal, water tank refills, and hot air drying for the mop rollers, supported by a four-air duct system for faster drying times.
Preorders for the Eufy Omni C28 receive a $200 discount, reducing the price to $600 until Thursday. The first 200 preorders will also include an accessory kit, an extended warranty, and a Eufy Plus membership. The product will be available for purchase in the US through Eufy and Amazon.
