Summary
- Cooler Master launches a comprehensive cooling portfolio for AI infrastructure.
- A 2,500 kW Liquid-to-Liquid CDU leads the new high-density computing solutions.
- Mass production of the flagship CDU is slated for Q4 2026.
Cooler Master has announced its complete cooling portfolio engineered for AI infrastructure, aiming to bolster high-density computing deployments. This range of solutions supports both new data centers and existing facilities scaling up AI capabilities.
The centerpiece of this offering is a 2,500 kW Liquid-to-Liquid In-Row Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU). This unit is designed to manage the substantial thermal loads of expanding AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure, enabling greater rack densities and future growth.
The company's ecosystem encompasses system preparation, filling, and commissioning equipment, alongside CDU platforms for coolant distribution and heat transfer. Cooler Master also provides custom piping and advanced secondary-loop technologies for direct-to-chip cooling.
Additional offerings include liquid-to-liquid CDUs from 150 kW to 2,500 kW, and liquid-to-air systems for integrating liquid cooling into existing air-cooled environments. Mass production for the 2,500 kW CDU is scheduled for Q4 2026, with other units like the 30 kW in-rack liquid-to-air model also targeted for the same quarter.
Cooler Master's vertically integrated manufacturing and validation infrastructure ensure product consistency and scalability to meet growing demand for advanced cooling solutions in the AI era.
