Boox has unveiled the Note Air 6C, a significant refresh of its E Ink tablet lineup. This new model boasts an upgraded processor capable of reaching 2.9GHz, representing a 45 percent speed increase over its predecessor, the Note Air 5C. This enhancement directly translates to a 40 percent improvement in PDF page-turning efficiency.
The device also features an advanced refresh mode designed for smoother scrolling and web browsing on E Ink displays. Running on Android 16, the Note Air 6C provides full access to the Google Play Store, a step up from the Android 15 on the 5C.
It sports a 10.3-inch display with crisp 300PPI for black-and-white content and 150PPI for color. Security is enhanced with a fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button. The tablet comes with 6GB of RAM and includes the stylus Pen3, which requires no charging or pairing.
Additional features include an adjustable front light, dual speakers, and 64GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSD slot. The Boox Note Air 6C is available immediately for $580 in a bundle that includes a folio case and stylus tips. A keyboard cover bundle is also offered for $690, discounted to $657 for a limited launch period.
