Bluetti's Balcony Solar: Easy Home Energy Arrives
14 May
Summary
- New systems offer plug-and-play solar for homes.
- Balcony units range from 2.56kWh to 30kWh capacity.
- AI manages energy use for cost savings and efficiency.

Bluetti has introduced the Balco series, a new line of solar power solutions designed for easy home integration. The Balco 260, with 2.56kWh capacity and expansion batteries, and the Balco 500, offering up to 30 kWh, aim to simplify solar energy adoption. These units feature a plug-and-play design, removing installation barriers.
A key innovation is the Balco Transfer Hub, which converts portable power stations into grid-tied solar systems. This hub, limited to 800W for compliance with European regulations, efficiently uses solar energy for appliances and stores excess power.
The system integrates an AI Energy Management System that monitors electricity prices, battery status, weather forecasts, and household consumption. This intelligent management aims to optimize energy use and maximize savings, with Bluetti estimating potential annual savings of up to €9792 under ideal conditions.
Bluetti also highlighted its Bluetti Space feature, allowing up to six units to connect wirelessly, acting as a unified power pool. The series supports various smart meters and smart home integrations, further enhancing user convenience and control.
