Birdfy is set to launch two innovative smart bird feeders, the Hum Bloom and the Feeder Vista, in Q2 2026. The Hum Bloom is engineered to attract hummingbirds with a unique nectar bulb, featuring an 8MP camera capable of 4K video and 120fps slow-motion recording. It employs a hydraulic system and includes nectar level alerts and an ant moat for optimal performance.
The Feeder Vista introduces a pair of cameras for 14MP panoramic stills or 6K 360-degree videos, also offering 120fps slow-motion. Its distinctive bottom-up air-powered feeding mechanism ensures a clear view for recording. Both feeders integrate Birdfy's OrniSense AI, utilizing LLM technology and weight sensors to identify and provide details about visiting birds.
These advanced feeders aim to offer unparalleled views of avian visitors. The Hum Bloom focuses on hummingbirds, while the Feeder Vista provides a comprehensive 360-degree perspective of various bird species visiting the seed dispenser. Birdfy's mobile app will provide users with notifications and remote control options for feeding.
