AWOL Vision has launched its new Aetherion Max and Aetherion Pro ultra-short throw projectors, capable of projecting 4K images onto screens as large as 200 inches. These models feature advanced gaming specifications, including 1ms-class input latency at 240Hz, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM).
Both projectors utilize Google Android TV 14.0 powered by an MT9655 chipset, offering 6,000:1 native contrast and up to 60,000:1 enhanced contrast. A standout feature is AWOL's proprietary PixelLock technology, designed to eliminate pixel drift and color separation for superior image clarity, enhanced by a sapphire glass lens.
The Aetherion Max and Pro are priced at $3,499 and $4,499 respectively, with early bird offers available on Kickstarter starting this month. Full sales are scheduled to begin in March 2026, promising a significant leap in home entertainment projection.
