Arc Raiders Servers Crash: Thousands Face Connection Chaos
20 Nov
Summary
- Tens of thousands of players impacted by Arc Raiders server outage on November 19.
- Players report repeated connection errors and matchmaking failures.
- This is the second major outage for Arc Raiders in November.

On November 19, 2025, Arc Raiders servers experienced a significant outage, affecting tens of thousands of players globally. Reports indicated over 54,000 users encountered connection problems, with issues spanning consoles and PC. Players frequently encountered "Online connection error" messages, preventing access to matches and gameplay.
This widespread disruption follows a previous outage on November 15, where over 11,000 players faced similar difficulties. The frequency of these issues has frustrated the player base, especially as Arc Raiders recently received a nomination for Best Multiplayer Game at The Game Awards.
Despite the growing number of affected players and the nomination, Embark Studios has yet to issue a formal statement regarding the cause of the server problems. The game, a third-person extraction shooter set on a post-apocalyptic Earth, was released in 2025 and is available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
