The AI firm aims to accelerate progress in life sciences by an order of magnitude, targeting 'undruggable' conditions. While specific diseases are undisclosed, Anthropic is not currently conducting clinical trials, focusing instead on unmet industry needs.

Anthropic is actively hiring for roles in procurement and biochemical expertise, indicating a significant investment in its life sciences division. This expansion also aims to provide firsthand experience in biology and ensure operational speed.
