Alleged iPhone 17 Pro Spotted Weeks Before Launch

According to a recent report, an Apple fan has allegedly spotted an iPhone 17 Pro in public, weeks before the device's official launch. The user, known as @Skyfops on X (formerly Twitter), posted two blurry photos showing what they claim to be "Apple staff and security" with the new model.

The photos show a person wearing reflective sunglasses holding what appears to be an iPhone inside a thick black protective case, potentially to disguise the design. The person is also holding what seems to be an iPhone 16 Pro with a sticker on the back, which could be hiding a data matrix code used by Apple to track internal devices.

While the claims and images have not been officially verified, a "top insider" has admitted that the photos "look legit." The post has also been shared by Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, who echoed the sentiment that the images appear to be genuine.

The alleged iPhone 17 Pro sighting has sparked speculation about the upcoming device's design changes. Rumors suggest that the new model could feature a camera bump that stretches across the entire back of the device, a significant departure from the current square-shaped camera array on the iPhone Pro models.
