Alienware is set to broaden its appeal with the upcoming launch of two new laptops, teased at CES 2026. The company plans to release an ultra-slim gaming laptop, measuring approximately 17mm thin, available in 14-inch and 16-inch variants. This model is designed for versatility, catering to gaming, creative projects, and productivity.
Alongside the slim model, an entry-level laptop will offer strong gaming performance at a more accessible price point. These new machines will complement updates to existing Alienware lines. Select Alienware 16X Aurora and 16 Area-51 laptops will feature new anti-glare OLED panels and Intel Core Ultra 200HX chips, enhancing visual clarity and processing power.
Further enhancements include the Alienware 18 Area-51 receiving Intel Core Ultra 200HX chips and the Alienware Area-51 Desktop shipping with AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D chips. The updated Alienware 16X Aurora, 16 Area-51, and 18 Area-51 laptops are slated for a Q1 2026 release, with the updated Alienware Area-51 Desktop arriving in February 2026. Pricing for these new and updated models is yet to be announced.
