AI Talent Studio Xicoia in Talks with Agents for First AI Actress Tilly Norward

According to a recent panel discussion at the Zurich Summit, the entertainment industry has been quietly embracing AI technology, and the public can expect to see high-profile announcements about AI projects in the coming months.

Eline Van der Velden, the founder of the AI talent studio Xicoia, revealed that her company is in talks with a number of talent agents interested in signing its first creation, AI actress Tilly Norward. This would make Norward one of the first AI actresses to get representation with a traditional talent agency.

Meanwhile, Verena Puhm, the head of Luma AI's new Studio Dream Lab LA, also reported a similar uptick in interest from studios and other media companies in embracing AI technology. Puhm said that while some studios were initially hesitant, the mood has changed, and they are now actively seeking to integrate AI into their workflows and projects.
