Summary
- Major AI firms partner for a European startup accelerator.
- Station F to run the F/ai program for AI application startups.
- Startups get credits for model access instead of direct funding.

Seven major western AI laboratories are collaborating to launch a new accelerator program for European startups. Station F, a Paris-based incubator, announced its partnership with Meta, Microsoft, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Mistral for the F/ai program, representing a unique joint effort among these companies.
The accelerator is designed as an intensive three-month course for early-stage startups. Its curriculum focuses on enabling European AI ventures to generate revenue swiftly. This approach aims to make it easier for them to secure necessary funding for expansion into global markets.
Twice a year, F/ai will host 20 startups per cohort. While direct funding is not provided, participants will receive over $1 million in credits. These credits can be exchanged for access to AI models, computing power, and other essential services from the partner firms.
