Summary
- John Cena's final WWE appearances set for Survivor Series and Saturday Night's Main Event
- Cena to defend Intercontinental title against Dominik Mysterio in San Diego
- 16-man tournament to determine Cena's final opponent

As of November 18, 2025, WWE icon John Cena's farewell tour is entering its final stretch, with only two appearances left before he hangs up his boots. Cena recently made his last appearance at Madison Square Garden for Monday Night RAW, where he was interrupted by Dominik Mysterio, the man he defeated to become the new Intercontinental Champion.
Cena offered to put the title on the line against Mysterio in New York, but the challenger declined, instead wanting the match to take place in his hometown of San Diego, the host city of the upcoming Survivor Series pay-per-view. Cena accepted the terms, and their title match is set for next week's Survivor Series event.
After that, Cena's final WWE appearance will be at the Saturday Night's Main Event special on December 13th in Washington, D.C. The opponent for Cena's farewell match will be determined by an ongoing 16-man elimination tournament featuring top stars like Gunther, Bronson Reed, and Finn Balor. The winner of this tournament will earn the privilege of facing the legendary 16-time champion in his final bout.
