Michigan Wolverines guard/forward Winters Grady has announced his intention to transfer, becoming the first player from the team to enter the portal this offseason. His tenure with the Wolverines was significantly impacted by ongoing foot issues, which first emerged during his freshman year.
Grady played in only nine games during the 2025-26 season, re-aggravating a foot injury midway through. This injury sidelined him for the remainder of the year. In his limited appearances, he struggled with his shooting efficiency.
Prior to joining Michigan, the 6-foot-6, 210-pound player was a highly regarded four-star prospect, ranked No. 95 overall in his class. He had received offers from several other prominent college programs.
