West Indies Batter Shai Hope Joins Elite 9,000-Run Club in International Cricket

On October 13, 2025, West Indies batter Shai Hope reached a significant milestone in his international cricket career, completing 9,057 runs across all formats. The 29-year-old right-hander achieved this feat during the second Test against India at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi.

Hope's best format has undoubtedly been the ODIs, where he has amassed 5,879 runs at an impressive average of 50.24, including 18 centuries.
