Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, who first gained attention at 14, is now setting his sights on a title-winning season with the Rajasthan Royals in the upcoming IPL. Sooryavanshi became the youngest centurion in IPL 2025, impressing fans with his performance. Earlier this year, he was instrumental in India securing their sixth U-19 World Cup title, scoring a remarkable 175 off 80 balls in the final against England.

Speaking at the BCCI Naman Awards, the young batter emphasized his primary goal: "The goal this IPL season is to win the trophy for the team." He aims for his performance to contribute to Rajasthan Royals' victories and secure the franchise's championship. Sooryavanshi also expressed joy at reuniting with his U-19 teammates at the awards ceremony.

The Bihar-born cricketer made history in 2024 as the youngest IPL signing, joining Rajasthan Royals at age 13 for Rs 1.1 crore. He reflected on his journey, noting the team's scouting attention and a successful trial that led him to Rajasthan. Sooryavanshi credits learning from senior players and Rahul Dravid during his initial IPL experience for his significant development.
