- Four recruits joined USF via the transfer portal.
- Kentucky Mr. Basketball Jake Feldhaus is among the new commits.

The USF men's basketball team is undergoing a significant transformation with the arrival of new head coach Chris Mack. Following a complete exodus of all eligible players to the Transfer Portal, Mack has moved swiftly to assemble a new roster. Five players have committed to join the Bulls, with four of them transferring in.
Among the new additions is Jake Feldhaus, a 6-foot-8 high school senior and the recent Kentucky Mr. Basketball. Feldhaus, who averaged 20.7 points and 13 rebounds at Madison Central High, switched his commitment to USF after his previous coach moved to Kansas State. Point guard Sonny Wilson from Michigan, known for his scoring ability, and forward Zayden High from North Carolina, praised for his rebounding, have also committed.
Further bolstering the team are Garrett Johnson, a 6-foot-8 guard from George Washington, and Chris Davis, Jr., a guard who previously played under Mack at the College of Charleston and demonstrated strong three-point shooting. These diverse talents are expected to revitalize the USF basketball program.
