On November 15, 2025, the Tennessee Volunteers football team will host the New Mexico State Aggies for their homecoming game. The Vols (6-3, 3-3 in the SEC) are looking to bounce back after a tough loss to Oklahoma on November 1 and a bye week in Week 12.
Tennessee became bowl eligible for the fifth consecutive season by beating Kentucky 56-34 on October 25. However, their hopes of making the College Football Playoff have likely been dashed. Now, the Vols are focused on securing the best possible bowl game in the postseason.
Meanwhile, New Mexico State (3-6) has extended its losing streak to four games after falling to Kennesaw State 24-21 on November 8. The Aggies fell behind 24-0 in the second quarter before staging a comeback attempt.
The Vols will wear their Smokey Grey uniforms as a tribute to the United States Armed Forces for this homecoming matchup. Kickoff is set for 3:15 p.m. CT, and the game will be broadcast live on the SEC Network.
