Key Vols Questionable for Kentucky Clash
7 Feb
Summary
- Tennessee faces Kentucky for the second time this season.
- Three key players, Okpara, Henderson, and Abram, are questionable.
- The Volunteers aim to avoid a repeat of a late-game collapse.
The Tennessee Volunteers are preparing for a road game against the Kentucky Wildcats in Lexington, aiming to secure a victory after a previous collapse. Tennessee previously blew a substantial lead against Kentucky in Knoxville last month.
Availability for the Volunteers remains uncertain. Felix Okpara, Troy Henderson, and Amaree Abram were all listed as questionable on Friday's injury report. Okpara has missed the last two games, and his defensive presence would be significant. Amaree Abram has been absent due to illness, while Troy Henderson saw limited minutes in a recent game.
The game is scheduled to tip off at 8:30 p.m. ET. Kentucky enters the matchup as a 1.5-point favorite.
