The 16-year-old medium-pacer snared a hat-trick to derail the Thunder's chase of 143, finishing with superb figures of 4-15 from her four overs.
The Thunder, who were yet to register a win this season, struggled from the outset, slumping to 3-33 before Bray's hat-trick reduced them further to 6-42. Debutant Lucy Finn top-scored for the Thunder with an unbeaten 49 off 34 balls, but the visitors ultimately fell short, finishing at 8-118.
Earlier, the Sixers had posted a competitive total of 142/9 from their 20 overs. English opener Sophia Dunkley top-scored with 43 off 35 balls, while Alyssa Healy contributed 26 off 15 deliveries.
