Despite his on-field contributions, Diggs will be joining his fourth team in as many years, with evaluators noting him more as a chain-mover than a dynamic playmaker.

Adding to his professional transition, the 32-year-old Diggs is currently facing felony strangulation or suffocation charges, along with misdemeanor assault and battery allegations stemming from an incident involving his personal chef. Teams considering signing Diggs will need to weigh these factors, though a market for him is anticipated due to a general scarcity of high-caliber free-agent receivers.
