The Pittsburgh Steelers are observing Super Bowl LX to scout potential free agent targets. With around $45 million in salary cap space, the team is looking to bolster its roster for the upcoming league year. Significant needs exist at cornerback, wide receiver, and on the offensive line.
In addition to seeking a second starting cornerback, the Steelers are interested in players like Michael Woolen, a physical corner whose game could complement Joey Porter Jr. Wide receiver Rashid Shaheed is also a primary target due to his speed and return abilities. On the offensive line, depth is sought to strengthen the left side.
Defensively, the safety position is another area of focus. Jalen Hawkins, a strong performer for the Patriots, is considered a potential addition to enhance the secondary alongside DeShon Elliott.
