Young Mumbai equestrian Stasya Pandya has earned a spot at the Junior National Equestrian Championship (JNEC) 2026. This significant achievement comes after Stasya successfully met the national qualifying requirements.
To secure her qualification, Stasya cleared the Minimum Eligibility Requirement (MER) by completing two penalty-free rounds over a 12-jump course. Her first MER was achieved at national qualifiers in Coimbatore in August 2026, followed by her second qualifying round at the Amateur Riders Club (ARC) in Mumbai on October 8-9, 2026.
Stasya trains under the guidance of coach Bobin Tshering at the Amateur Riders Club in Mumbai. This training environment has been crucial for her development. She expressed excitement and gratitude for her hard work paying off and looks forward to competing in the JNEC 2026, scheduled for December 2026.
