On November 4th, 2025, soccer icon David Beckham will receive a knighthood from King Charles or Princess Anne at Windsor Castle. The investiture ceremony recognizes Beckham's outstanding contributions to sport and charity over the years.
Following the ceremony, Beckham will be known as "Sir David Beckham", while his wife Victoria Beckham will take on the title of "Lady Beckham". Beckham was first appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2003 and was nominated for a knighthood over a decade ago in 2011.
In addition to playing over 100 times for the English national team, Beckham has become known for his extensive charitable work, particularly with UNICEF.
