This year's Sunder Kanti Joshi (SKJ) state women cricket awards will be presented to Dimple Kanwar, Tanika Sharma, Rochelle Yadav, and Asha Srivastava-Dutta. Dimple Kanwar earned the senior category award for her exceptional performance in the recent BCCI domestic season. Tanika Sharma is recognized in the junior group, and Rochelle Yadav in the sub-junior section.
Former Rajasthan cricketer Asha Srivastava-Dutta will receive the lifetime achievement award. The selection committee, led by Yogesh Mathur, announced the recipients on Saturday. The award ceremony is set for April 3rd, marking Sundar Kanti Joshi's birth anniversary. This year, the prize money for the winners has also been elevated.
In the senior category, Dimple Kanwar's performance included 430 runs, six wickets, and 16 catches. Tanika Sharma scored 235 runs and took 9 wickets in the junior category, while Rochelle Yadav contributed 172 runs and 9 wickets in the sub-junior category.
