Ruben Amorim is reportedly the leading candidate to become the next head coach for Milan, expected to replace Massimiliano Allegri. Multiple sources suggest an initial two-year contract with an option for a further 12 months is on the table for Amorim, with reported wages between €3.5m and €4m per season.
The Rossoneri have also been linked with Eintracht Frankfurt duo Markus Krösche and Timmo Hardung for technical and sporting director roles. Previously, Milan had engaged in talks with Ralf Rangnick, but he ultimately chose to extend his contract with the Austria national team after not receiving desired assurances.
Oliver Glasner, initially a strong contender, was contingent on Rangnick's appointment. With Rangnick out, Glasner also will not be joining Milan. Other coaches considered for the position include Mauricio Pochettino, Matthias Jaissle, and Arne Slot.
