Cristiano Ronaldo has once again demonstrated his scoring prowess with a hat trick during a recent Saudi Pro League match. This performance brings his career total to an impressive 984 goals, according to most statistical services. The achievement is shadowed by a controversial goal from a previous match.
The Saudi Pro League credited Ronaldo with a headed goal, but video replays indicate the ball deflected off a defender. Despite Ronaldo's celebration, many international statisticians are not including this goal in his official tally, keeping his count at 984. Supporters, however, are counting it, which would bring his total to 985.
Ronaldo's extensive goal record includes 450 goals for Real Madrid, 146 for Portugal, 145 for Manchester United, 137 for Al-Nassr, 101 for Juventus, and 5 for Sporting CP. Meanwhile, his long-time rival Lionel Messi has scored 936 career goals.
