Lindsey Burrows, the widow of former rugby league star Rob Burrow, has shared that her late husband urged her to find love again before his death in June 2024. Rob Burrow tragically passed away at the age of 41 after a battle with motor neurone disease (MND).
Despite Rob's wishes, Lindsey, now a single mother to their three children, stated that finding a new relationship is "not on my agenda." Her priority remains their children: Macy, 14, Maya, 10, and Jackson, seven.
Rob, who won eight Super League titles with Leeds, was diagnosed with MND in December 2019. Throughout his illness, he maintained a positive outlook and recorded messages for his family, including urging Lindsey not to spend her life alone.
