Gannon University sophomore Pace Prosser has been honored with a spot on the NABC Division II All-District First Team. The Berlin Brothersvalley High School graduate reached a significant career milestone, surpassing 1,000 points during his sophomore season. Prosser currently leads Gannon with an average of 18.3 points per game and was instrumental in the team's success, heading to the NCAA Division II quarterfinal round for the second consecutive year.
Further highlighting regional talent, Pitt-Johnstown junior forward Baden Forup earned NABC Division II All-District Second Team honors. Forup led the Mountain Cats in multiple statistical categories, including scoring with 19.8 points per game and averaging 11.6 rebounds per game. He also led the conference in 20 double-doubles.
Another local athlete, Chestnut Ridge graduate Belle Bosch, a junior at Indiana (Pa.), is set to compete in the NCAA Division II women's quarterfinal round. Bosch has contributed significantly to her team's success in her first season.
