Rountree Jr. (14-6 MMA, 10-6 UFC) is also coming off a win against Hill, which came in the main event of the promotion's first trip to Azerbaijan. Before that, he was stopped by Pereira in his own title bid, which came after a five-fight winning streak dating back to 2021.
