3 Dec
Summary
- Arsenal is predicted to win the Premier League with 81 points.
- Manchester City is forecasted to finish second, nine points behind Arsenal.
- Chelsea is expected to secure third place, with Liverpool fourth.

A new prediction model forecasts Arsenal to clinch the Premier League title by the end of the current campaign. The Opta Supercomputer, after simulating the remainder of the season, anticipates Arsenal finishing with 81 points, a nine-point lead over second-placed Manchester City.
Chelsea is projected to secure third position with 66 points, while Liverpool is expected to claim the fourth spot, despite their recent inconsistent form. Aston Villa and Brighton are predicted to round out the top six in the computer's final table projection.
Manchester United's outlook is less optimistic, with the model placing them in 10th place, just outside European qualification. Newcastle United and Crystal Palace are forecast to finish ahead of Erik ten Hag's side.
